Creative International has an ever growing selection of FREE Power point Backgrounds, Christian backgrounds, spiritual images, and Inspirational Backgrounds especially designed and optimized to enhance church, educational, or business media presentations! Our work is maturing so be patient, although we have included our earlier works there is wide gap in the artistic value and quality between the earlier backgrounds and those that have been created recently. As a general rule the higher the gallery number the newer the created piece but this does not always hold true so keep clicking!
When creating PowerPoint presentations, the inclusion of appropriate images can make all the difference. If used in the right way, images can help reinforce learning. Your choice of background for a presentation or Web site is an important part of the design process. A poor choice of background co lour combined with conflicting colored text or image can render a page unreadable.
A white screen is too bright for most images and text: the contrast between the darkest and lightest areas of the screen can be too great and edge detail may be degraded due to glare. On the other hand a black slide in a presentation plunges a room into darkness: the contrast between the background and any text placed on it is too high for comfortable viewing.
When you place an image on the background layer of the slide master, you can easily apply the image to every slide in the presentation, or you can apply it to one or more individual slides. The image automatically stretches to fill up the whole slide. It's difficult to remove the image accidentally or inadvertently hide text behind the image.
When you want to create one background for the entire presentation that fills the slides, this method is easy and effective.
- Choose View > Master > Slide Master to display the slide master.
- Choose Format > Background.
- Click the drop-down list and choose Fill Effects.
- On the Picture tab, click the Select Picture tab to choose an image file.
To download our images, simply double click on the image you would like to save. A larger window will appear. Once the larger image is in view, simply Right mouse click and save the image in JPEG format.
